For Armed Forces Day (Saturday, May 18th), Playland-Not-at-the-Beach takes TWO days to celebrate all of America's heroes—peace officers and first responders, teachers and nurses (all of whom have their own days in May). Show us your professional ID or business card and receive a hero's discount of two dollars off admission and 100 free prize tickets as a thank you for all you do (military spouses and family members with military ID can receive the same discount).

On Saturday Playland-Not-at-the-Beach is pleased to present magician Scott Alcalay. Scott was one of the first magicians to perform at Playland-Not-at-the-Beach and has performed at the renowned Magic Castle in Hollywood.

Not only will Scott amaze and entertain you, he will have you scratching your head and asking, "How does he do that?"

Magician Mike Della Penna will be here Sunday and by special request he will be accompanied by none other than Bob the Rabbit and Clara the Clarevoyant Duck. Mike perfected his entertainment skills as a standup comic in Boston but developed an early love for children's magic. Mike is funny and a lot of fun. Don't miss him!!!
